Fill out the referral form below, or call us directly. Give us the basics: the client's name, your contact info, and a brief overview of his situation.
We'll reach out to the client directly (or through you) within 24–48 hours to have an intake conversation. We'll be honest with both of you about fit.
If it's a good fit, the client moves in. We'll keep you in the loop as appropriate - especially if you're a parole/probation officer or case manager who needs updates.
