What You Get

Everything Included

Every man in the program receives the same full support - not just a bed, but a real path forward.

Safe, Stable Housing

A clean, safe home in a real Richmond neighborhood. Room to breathe, sleep, and start over - without the chaos of the streets or the instability of couch surfing.

Structure & Accountability

Daily check-ins, curfews, and house expectations that create the kind of discipline that leads to real change. Accountability isn't punishment - it's what makes recovery stick.

Spiritual Development

Bible study, prayer, and faith-based mentorship woven into everyday life. This is the heart of the program - and for most men, it's the part that changes everything.

Employment Support

Guidance on job search, navigating background checks, resume help, and connecting with employers who are open to hiring returning citizens.

Life Skills Development

Financial literacy, communication, conflict resolution, and practical skills many men never had the chance to develop. The tools to actually keep the life they're rebuilding.

Community & Brotherhood

A house full of men who understand each other, support each other, and hold each other accountable. The kind of community that doesn't let you fail quietly.

The Process

How It Works

Getting into the program is straightforward. Here's what to expect.

Initial Contact

Call us at 804-928-4300, have a referral partner reach out on your behalf, or fill out the intake form on our Contact page. We'll have a conversation to see if the program is a good fit.

Intake Assessment

We talk with the man (and often his referral source) to understand his situation, his goals, and whether our program and timeline align. We're straightforward about who we can serve and who might be better suited elsewhere.

Move In

If it's a mutual fit, the man moves into the house. He'll get oriented on expectations, house rules, and the daily schedule. The structure starts on day one - in a supportive way.

Active Program Participation

Each day has structure: work or job search, Bible study, community meals, accountability check-ins, and time for personal development. Men are expected to participate actively - this is a program, not a waiting room.

Graduation & Next Steps

After successfully completing the program (approximately 6 months), men graduate with a plan - employment, housing, support network, and the confidence that comes from having done the hard work. We stay connected as alumni.

A Day in the Program

Structure isn't a punishment - it's what makes freedom possible. Here's what a typical day looks like.

6:30 AM Wake up, morning devotions / prayer
7:00 AM Breakfast together as a house
8:00 AM Work, job search, or program activities
12:00 PM Lunch
